Interview with Russian artist Tania Lahti
Tania Lahti is a Russian artist based in French Riviera. For the last 10 years she has worked professionally in the artistic world. Her creative concept combines different styles, such as Russian, Italian, Chinese and British.
Explain to us your creative process…
I am engaged in many projects of my work, it all depends on the size of the paintings, style and technique, as well as on the choice of work in oil, acrylic or watercolor.
In what artistic style do you feel most comfortable?
I prefer to work with oil in style of abstract expressionism (pointless art), floral style with different techniques, such as Chinese painting (feng shui)
Where does your motivation come from?
I always formulate my goals correctly and great goals are great motivations. When I start a new project, I always think about success and enjoy doing my artwork.
How about your next projects?
2020 is a very complex period associated with the pandemic. All projects had to either be postponed to the next year or canceled (international exhibitions in US, England). But the International Exhibition in Paris, celebrated last June, was successful, I hope that all our plans will be implemented.
